Business Description

ShepUp was created to help youth athletically, but most importantly was designed to foster self esteem, help kids maintain authentic connection with peers, counter trends towards self-doubt, and allow for self expression. Our purpose is to encourage the development of strength, courage, confidence, honesty, and communication skills for all youth. Along side our athletic program, we also offer life skills
coaching from Racquel Shepherd who has a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Life skills coaching helps clients to better
manage emotions, challenges, negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety which many kids are facing. Although ShepUp is open to all ages, we cater to the youth,
providing sports classes, personal training, mental coaching, mentorship and more! Our goal is to not only change lives, but generations starting with the Rockwall community.
